| Background Paper
Cover piece of black card by "swirling" with three
colours of pigment ink using direct to paper technique.
(use pads directly onto paper) It is recommended that one
of the three colours be a metallic ink. Tap very fine drops
of 3 colours of Pearl-ex pigment powder over inked card.
Brush powder in with a soft brush.(make-up brush) It is
better to add more powder if not enough than to put much
on in the first place. "Fix" powder with spray
fixative or hair spray. Leave to dry.
Stamp 'Happy Birthday" randomly onto background paper.
Stick background paper onto card and stick hat over the
top.
