Terms of Trade

All Listing advertising with Australian Craft Network is undertaken on a yearly basis.
Listing fee has to be paid prior to your listing being displayed on the Australian Craft Network Website.

Up on the anniversary of your listing with the Australian craft Network, an invoice will be posted out to you 30 days before your listing is due for renewal.

We accept cheque, money order ,direct deposit and credit card payments. All account terms are strictly 30 days.

Non-payment will result in your listing removal from the website effective from the due date on the invoice.

Information for Public Visitors
By using Our Service you accept responsibility for all information and materials issued or accessed by you from our website. You also acknowledge that we do not accept responsibility for misleading or wrong information or material provided by third parties on this website.

The information provided by Australian Craft Network is for your personal use, you have to make a judgment on the information obtained and use it accordingly.

The Australian Craft Network website advertises websites, products, services and resources provided by third parties linked to this website. We do not operate these services and resources. We do not control these sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or availability.

Information for Vendors
By submitting your information to this website, you guarantee that the information you are providing is true and correct at time of release. You also guarantee that the information is your Intellectual Property and all copyright remains with you.

By submitting your business information in order to be listed on the Australian Craft Network website as a vendor, you agree to the payment of the nominal fee of $99.00 (inc. GST) or $77.00 for standard listing. The fees covers your listing for a period of 12 months from the anniversary of your listing.

Banner and Tile advertising is not included in the Listing fee. Additional charges apply if you choose to utilize these advertising resources.

You have a right to access any information supplied on your business listing at anytime, through our Members section once your listing is active and available for general viewing. Some information can not be changed through the Members section and will require an email requesting those changes to be sent to admin@auscraftnet.com.au

You can discontinue utilizing our service for your advertising and marketing needs at any time by sending an email to the administration of Australian Craft Network requesting to be removed from the website. You agree that by doing so, your listing will be removed from the website and no refund be given.

If you chose to re-listed on the website at a later stage a listing fee will apply.

We reserver the right to remove any listing that do not meet our terms and conditions layed out in this document. Or are infringing on our or other businesses copyright.

We reserve the right to change the listing fee and advertising fees at any time.

All listings are protected by individual listing owners copyright this includes image and text supplies for purpose of advertising on this website.

At times personal information is collected when visitors participate in competitions and surveys on this website. We guarantee that your private information is used only for statically purposes and to deliver any goods or services promised to you by the terms and conditions of the competitions or surveys.
