Pauline Delaney makes glass beads and teaches lampwork bead classes in Maidstone,Melbourne. A two day beginner class will leave you confident to set up at home and continue on with this new exciting medium.
Beginners class will entail learning to melt glass over a flame and make glass beads. We will decorate beads with flowers, stringers, twisties, gravity and dot techniques. Limit four students per class.
New for 2010. Introduction to glass beads mini workshop. Ever wanted to make a glass bead? This workshop is tailored for you to try before you buy a class.This one hour tuition will give you the experience and confidence to enrol in a class.
Intermediate and advanced classes are run monthly. Hollow beads, enamels and metals, sculpting, encasing, stringer control and trouble shooting will be looked at in these classes.
